About Us
Orbit trust was established to promote the objectives of the "Organization for the rehabilitation of the blind in trichy".
Objectives
To promote the objectives of the organization for the rehabilitation of the blind in trichy which visualizes to train and provide gainful employment with dignity for any otherwise able persons in tamilnadu and to motivate the society by creating the right and positive environment about other wise able persons leading to equal opportunities.
To establish, develop, maintain and grant in cash or in kind to blind homes, blind institutions, hospitals, schools, colleges, institutions, welfare centres and/or such other similar charitable institutions in india for the benefit and use of the visually impaired persons and other physically challenged persons.
To establish, run, support and grant aid or other finanacial assistance to schools, colleges, libraries, reading rooms, universities, laboratories, research and other institutions of the like nature in india, for use of visually impaired persons and their family members and also for the development and advancement of education and diffusion of knowledge amongst the public in general.
